School Officer
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a School Officer you should have a thorough understanding of how to apply customer service principles and practices and will ideally possess excellent communication and clerical skills to work in collaboration with our administrative team. The suitable applicants will ideally have strong organisational skills, the flexibility to move between tasks and deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment. Suitable applicants will undertake reception duties including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information in an efficient and friendly manner.
As our School Officer, your duties may include assisting the Manager Corporate Services to maintain the financial position of the school, handling front desk inquiries and collaborating with all staff on daily operations with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. You should also possess a positive approach to the role and the ability to learn new skills and processes when needed. In addition, you will support student-related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages - such as SIS (School Information System), RM Billing, HRMIS (Human Resource Management System) and Microsoft Office to complete their daily work. Experience in Compass would be highly favourable.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
