Nursery Practitioner - Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time Organisation: Veritas Education Location: Leeds

Are you a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible working opportunities in early years education? Veritas Education is working in partnership with welcoming and supportive nursery settings across Leeds to recruit enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners for both full-time and part-time roles within nurturing and engaging environments.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development within a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with nursery teams to deliver engaging activities, encourage children's social and emotional development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Flexible working patterns are available, including full-time and part-time hours, making this role ideal for experienced practitioners, parents returning to work, students, or those seeking a better work-life balance within the early years sector.

This role would suit both qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners, as well as individuals with previous nursery or early years experience who are passionate about working with children and developing their career within the sector.

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
• Previous nursery or early years experience
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Ability to support engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and hours
