Vistara Primary School is seeking an experienced and dedicated K – 6 Primary Teacher to join our small vibrant school community.

This position offers the opportunity to teach our Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 students (a small Kindergarten to Year 2 class), 3 days per week/job share, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in teaching Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 students.
• A clear understanding of the NSW curriculum and confident skills in planning, programming and assessment.
• A genuine resonance with the school’s Neo Humanism philosophy and a willingness to learn more
• A thoughtful and well-developed approach to teaching.
• The ability to deliver a differentiated and integrated curriculum to meet the needs of a multi-stage class.
• A genuine passion for fostering curiosity, care and a love of learning in young children.

Salary is based on the Independent Schools (Teachers) CMEA (Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement) 2025 Agreement.
