Blue Gum Community School is a unique small school in Canberra offering programs from birth to 16 year olds - from Bush Playgroups through to Year 10. A teacher:student ratio of 1:13 ensures the learning can be flexible, student-responsive and authentic.

Previous experience in setting up real-life projects that invite students' engagement is highly valued. Teachers need the ability to report against the Australian Curriculum, but equally important is eliciting learning opportunities from students' interests/questions, as well as real-world global and local events/imperatives.

Applicants are expected to articulate your personal educational philosophy (not AI's cliches) and passions, as well as your reasons for seeking to work at Blue Gum specifically, as part of your application. Please include 2 refs.
