POL 3 Domain Leader English - Melton Campus 2027
The Domain Leader – English will lead the development and delivery of a rich and engaging English curriculum that fosters a love of the English language, literature, critical thinking, and effective communication. The role will support excellence in teaching and learning through curriculum leadership, evidence-based practice, staff development, and the promotion of innovative and inclusive learning experiences for all students.
This role is suited to a collaborative and passionate leader who is committed to student growth, curriculum innovation, and building a dynamic learning culture grounded in Catholic and Franciscan values.

Commencing January 2027, this is a full-time, POL 3 position.

The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community
- Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.
- The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture
- Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
- A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College
- Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes
- An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- An eagerness to learn.
Special Requirements

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
