Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School, Wyoming is currently seeking a passionate and skilled PE Teacher to join the team.

Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School, Wyoming is currently seeking an energetic and passionate PE Teacher. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.

This is a 12-month temporary, part-time (0.8FTE) opportunity to commence Term 1, 2026 and conclude at the end of the school year.

The working days for this position is Tuesday - Friday.

Specific Criteria

• Highly effective, skilled PE and classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
• Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
• Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
• Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;
• Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices
• Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community and assist organising school carnivals, gala days and representative teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
• Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning
• Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
