About You
As a PDHPE Teacher you will work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
The successful applicant will:
- support the mission and ethos of the Catholic School in the Clarion and Franciscan traditions
- show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- use creative and innovative teaching practices to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigor
- exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and show the ability to integrate these to enhance contemporary learning experiences
- utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
- employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
- be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively
- demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
- have a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
