The opportunity

Are you passionate about shaping young lives and supporting families in a Christ-centred environment? Our Marion OSHC team is looking for casual staff who want to bring energy, care, and creativity to children’s learning beyond the classroom. From fun-filled activities to everyday moments of encouragement and connection, this role lets you walk alongside children in their growth. It is expected that applicants will:

• Be a suitably qualified educator with a minimum Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
• Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
