We are seeking an experienced and motivated OSHC Director (Level 6.4) to lead our school-based Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care service.

This is a leadership role responsible for the overall management, compliance, programming and team development of a well-established service.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead and oversee engaging recreation and leisure programs (aligned with MTOP)
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
• Manage staffing, rosters and ratios
• Oversee budgets, billing and administration
• Support and mentor educators
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community

About You

You will have:

• ACECQA-approved qualification (school-age care)
• Strong knowledge of NQF and National Quality Standards
• Demonstrated OSHC leadership experience
• Sound financial and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership capability

Essential Requirements

• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certification
• DHS Working With Children Check
• Responding to Abuse and Neglect training

Level 6.4–6.6 salary range (Children’s Services Award 2010).
