Position Descriptor:
Staff use the high-quality teaching and learning cycle (know your learners, know your practice, and know your impact) and the thriving learners' framework to achieve Success for All. Differentiation occurs through planning, pedagogy, and assessment. Staff use explicit strategies to check for understanding and seek and respond to student feedback to improve their pedagogical practice. Teachers plan and collaborate in teaching teams to implement PBL strategies and restorative practices. All grove teachers deliver the pastoral care curriculum (Program ID) as part of developing thriving learners.
This position requires the ability to teach Year 12 Chemistry, and 7 to 10 Maths and Science classes.
