VIT mentor – Southeast Region (metropolitan and rural/regional)

Looking for a new challenge in a highly flexible role in the early childhood sector? We’re on the lookout for experienced VIT mentors to join our team!

· Casual work on the days/hours that suit you (working between 10-20 hours per week)

· Enjoy hybrid work opportunities – mentoring delivery includes onsite and online

· Work across multiple locations in inner and outer southeastern suburbs of Melbourne and southeast rural and regional Victoria.

The role

In this role you will champion excellent early childhood education and care by mentoring provisionally registered teachers through their inquiry process to become fully registered teachers with VIT. You will bring valuable skills and expertise to make this role your own, while also being supported by an experienced team of mentors and coaches. To be successful, you will have completed the VIT Effective Mentoring Program and hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree.
