Your Responsibilities

As the Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the strategic direction, governance, and operations of QRSS to deliver quality, equitable representative school sport opportunities across Queensland.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and initiatives that strengthen the program's accountability, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to senior departmental leaders on school sport priorities, policy, and emerging issues.
• Manage QRSS staff and resources to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with departmental objectives.
• Build strong partnerships across education, sport, and community sectors to enhance collaboration and promote Queensland's leadership in school sport.
