Sacred Heart School, Casterton, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our inclusive and supportive school community in 2026. The LSO will work closely with teachers and the Learning Diversity Leader to assist students with diverse learning, behavioural and social needs. The role involves supporting small group and one-on-one learning activities, helping implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and contributing to a positive, engaging and child-safe classroom environment.

This is a fixed-term position for the 2026 school year, with hours negotiable depending on the successful applicant. Applications close Friday, 14 November 2025 (5.00pm).

This Catholic school has three classes. The school has built a reputation for care and commitment in the local community, within a supportive and creative environment, with Christ as its centre. The school works as one PLC with two neighbouring Catholic primary schools to plan curriculum, analyse data to drive and improve pedagogy.
