Role Description/Criteria

Mount St. Joseph Girls' College is a Catholic secondary school that educates and empowers young women in the charism of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop.

Applications are invited from innovative and committed educational leaders for the position of Learning Development Leader.

This POL 3 position commences Tuesday 27 January 2026 until the end of the current POL cycle (Wednesday 26 January 2028) and will accompany a full-time, ongoing teaching position.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
