Domremy College is looking for an exceptional, innovative and experienced Leader of Inquiry and Enterprise!
About the Role
We’re seeking an inspiring educator to lead innovation, inquiry, and enterprise across the College. This role blends the analytical depth of Philosophy and Liberal Arts with the practical skills of Entrepreneurship and STEM, driving future-focused learning and ethical problem-solving.
As a key member of the Middle Leadership Team, you’ll foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and creative collaboration. Working within a Catholic learning environment, you’ll design interdisciplinary programs, champion digital fluency, and guide staff and students in the ethical use of emerging technologies including AI.
Key Responsibilities
- lead interdisciplinary curriculum integrating critical, creative, and ethical thinking
- oversee enterprise projects (e.g., simulations, design challenges, social ventures)
- promote philosophical inquiry and student forums for ethical debate
- develop entrepreneurial programs and industry partnerships
- deliver staff PD in Design Thinking, PBL, STEM, and digital pedagogy
- mentor staff in inquiry-based teaching and AI integration.
Collaboration & Relationships
You’ll work closely with:
- college Leadership, KLACs & YCs, Learning Committee
- staff, students, Year & House Teams
- parents, carers, and external Educational Providers.
Selection Criteria
- strategic leadership in cross-disciplinary education
- expertise in innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurial learning
- proven capacity to mentor staff in inquiry-based pedagogy
- strong communication across diverse audiences
- leadership in eLearning and ethical AI integration.
