About Us:

Tivoli State School is the best kept secret in Ipswich, located on Mt Crosby Road, Tivoli and draws students from the surrounding areas of Tivoli, Raymond's Hill, Moore's Pocket and North Ipswich.

Tivoli State School follows the Australian Curriculum from Prep to Year 6, with a current enrolment of around 160 students. It is a country school on the outskirts of a growing city.

Our focus is on developing the whole child through Social Emotional Learning, strong relationships and acknowledging that each child is unique.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead and Manage Inclusive Programs: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality advice, support, and services within the Special Education and/or Early Childhood Development Program.
  • Enhance Teaching and Learning: Provide expert guidance and targeted teaching to support classroom teachers in planning and implementing effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
  • Coordinate Individualised Support: Manage case coordination and facilitate access to specialist services and interventions for students requiring substantial or extensive adjustments.
  • Monitor and Use Data Effectively: Implement and maintain school-wide systems, including data processes for tracking student progress and managing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
  • Build Collaborative Partnerships: Work with parents, staff, leadership, government agencies, and community organisations while effectively managing resources to achieve inclusive education goals.
