Your Responsibilities

As the Principal Human Resources Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead, plan and monitor the work of project and operational teams supporting schools to achieve organisational goals through effective workforce planning and resource management.
• Contribute strategically as a key member of the regional and HR senior leadership teams, influencing and managing change through strong relational and consultative leadership.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and a strong customer-centric culture.
• Review and enhance HR processes, programs and service delivery models, driving continuous improvement and alignment with best-practice human resource management.
• Develop and implement innovative workforce planning solutions that enable schools to respond to evolving student, staff and community needs.
• Identify and address emerging HR policy and workforce issues, ensuring advice and strategies are evidence-based and aligned with departmental objectives.
• Provide expert mentoring and guidance to HR Business Partners, supporting schools in managing performance, complaints, grievances and alternative conflict resolution processes.
