Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead curriculum implementation with teams of teachers.
• Develop and collaboratively plan units of work that meet the learning and engagement needs of students.
• Support teachers through the modelling of evidence based teaching practices.
• Lead moderation practices across multiple junctures of planning and assessment.
• Lead a team of staff to provide physical and human resources for successful curriculum delivery.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to develop innovative responses to units of work and assessment that provides student engagement and quality assurance of teaching outcomes.

This position has a 0.4FTE teaching load.
