As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Epping - High Street is located within walking distance of local buses, Epping Train Station and the Plaza. The childcare centre was purpose built in May 1997 and our children's rooms are brightly decorated, with large outdoor areas.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Current VICWorking with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
