Education Assistant - Special Needs
We are seeking to establish a pool of Special Needs Education Assistants (SNEA) for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Our school opened in January 2024 with approximately 200 students from within the rapidly growing suburbs of Brabham and Henley Brook (located in the Swan Valley, near Whiteman Park). At the heart of our foundation school, is our motto; Connect, Belong Thrive, because when students feel connected to their teachers, and parents feel a connection with the school, students are best positioned to thrive.

The Role
Henley Brook Primary School (PS) is entering its third year of operation and growing rapidly and with that growth comes exciting opportunities to expand our team of dedicated professionals. As a school still in its foundation years, we’re focused on building strong, inclusive programs that support every child to thrive. Our SNEAs play a vital role in helping students with additional needs reach their full potential, academically, socially, and emotionally.
We’re ideally seeking compassionate, flexible, and skilled individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Whether it’s working one-on-one, supporting small groups, or collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments, our SNEAs are central to the success of our students.
If that sounds like you, we’d love you to apply and help us shape something truly special at Henley Brook PS.
