Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Bairnsdale – Dawson Street!

We are a beautiful 80 place centre located in Bairnsdale, Victoria now in the lookout for an early childhood teacher who wants to build a career where you take pride in guiding young learners and leading a dedicated team.

About the role

Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room

Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community

Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child

Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

Relevant teachers’ registration (VIT)

Have experience in a similar role (preferred)

Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain

A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
