About You
You are an innovative leader who will champion our educational approach, shape future pathways, and drive whole-school strategic growth. You work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging curriculum. The Curriculum and Innovation Coordinator position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You’ll bring:
- a passion to work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to drive the College strategic plan and develop a robust culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of the College
- the ability to ensure the College has effective systems for review and compliance processes, maintaining the highest standards of accountability and educational quality
- expertise in effective administrative practices and processes for student reporting, assessment, and assessment blocks (including NAPLAN and HSC trial examinations)
- ability to successfully establish and maintain impactful external partnerships (industry, university, or community) that enrich the senior school experience
- expertise in leading data analysis to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic curriculum improvements
- capacity to implement processes to monitor, track and support student academic achievement and growth
- substantial experience in one or more leadership roles within schools
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation. Further study of Curriculum/Leadership at Masters level is highly regarded
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
