As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support pupils as they complete set tasks
• Gain hands-on experience in schools - perfect for aspiring teachers, counsellors, or education professionals

You don't need formal teaching qualifications - just:

• Confidence working with young people
• Strong communication skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
• Experience in education, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or similar roles (desirable but not essential)
