About the Role

The College Technical Support Lead supports the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) operational requirements of the College by monitoring the performance of the College systems and networks, and leading and managing the workload of a local ICT team within the College. This position ensures the provision of high quality and timely technical support to staff and students across the College and works closely with the CECG ICT Team. The Technical Support Lead oversees the daily ICT operations of the College’s support delivery function, providing leadership and support the service delivery team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Current ITIL Foundation certification.
• Certified in or willingness to become certified in MS-900, AZ-900 and SC-900 fundamental Microsoft Certifications.
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance.
• Driver's License
