About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, toilets, and shared spaces to a high standard.
• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and hosing.
• Maintaining and safely storing cleaning equipment and materials in line with workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the Principal or Business Manager.
• Assisting with the preparation and cleaning of school facilities for special events or functions.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys contributing to a positive and clean school environment.

About You

The following traits would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or similar environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
