The Role

As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in building a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and consistent, evidence-informed practice across the school.

What You’ll Do

• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment where every student can succeed
• Plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons using explicit teaching practices
• Monitor student progress and provide regular, meaningful feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of curriculum and practice
• Build positive partnerships with families and contribute to a strong school community
• Support the wellbeing and pastoral care of students in line with Catholic values

We’re Looking For

• Commitment to Catholic education and school mission
• Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
• Skilled, explicit classroom practice and a focus on student growth
• Collaborative, proactive approach in a foundation school setting
• Teachers for Foundation, 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6
• A clear commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the Church
• Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and effective classroom practice
• Confidence in delivering structured, explicit teaching that improves student outcomes
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to a foundation school
• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students and families
