Summary
The Change Lead is responsible for leading enterprise‑wide change initiatives across Brisbane Catholic Education, ensuring change is effectively planned and delivered to achieve sustainable organisational outcomes. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Change and working within the Strategy & Transformation function, this role provides expert change leadership across complex initiatives, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to support adoption, build organisational readiness and strengthen change capability within a large, values‑driven educational environment.

- Salary: $155,351 - $172,606 plus super

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Lead enterprise‑wide change initiatives to achieve sustainable organisational outcomes and benefits realisation
- Provide expert advice to leaders to support strategic objectives and organisational priorities
- Lead and manage a high‑performing team of change resources to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes across programs and projects
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to support adoption, readiness and confidence through change
- Undertake advanced analysis to inform strategic direction, decision‑making, policy and process improvement
- Design and embed fit‑for‑purpose change processes, frameworks and governance, including risk and contingency planning
- Optimise long‑term service delivery and organisational outcomes through effective resource management and standards setting
- Provide specialist advice and technical leadership in contemporary change management practice
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Being responsible for the implementation and delivery of strategic objectives and attainment
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale, enterprise change initiatives from design through to adoption and benefits realisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders and diverse teams
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience building and leading high‑performing teams
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex information and translate insight into practical, value‑adding outcomes
- Deep expertise in contemporary change management methodologies, frameworks and best practice
- A Change Management certification (PROSCI or similar), with experience in similar senior change roles is required
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.
