We are currently seeking educators to join our casual pool, who are flexible and can work across our two locations.

Experience Required:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Salary Range Dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and/or assist the Room Leader with the delivery of our high-quality educational program.
• An empathy with the Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School ethos is essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid NSW Working with Children’s Check
• Training demonstrating current knowledge of Child Protection legislation
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Full Working Rights (no student visas)
• 2x Reference Checks from Childcare
• 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.
