Business Support Officer

The Role The successful applicant should display the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to assist the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to manage a well-resourced and well-maintained school environment. They should assist the MCS to lead administrative support, financial planning, human resources, marketing and asset management. The Business Support Officer role also includes providing training to administration staff to support an environment where the focus is on teaching and learning. The desired applicant will ideally possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with; and support students, staff, families and external stakeholders.

Eligibility To work with us, you must:

- Demonstrated well developed financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting, and the ability to provide recommendations.
- Demonstrated sound human resource management knowledge and skills, including the ability to provide effective support and input into the development, implementation and monitoring of human resource management systems and processes.
