We are seeking an enthusiastic Breaks Cover Educator to join our team at Kings Park Kindergarten.

At Kings Park Kindergarten we aim to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can discover and realise their potential. Our professionally trained educators will assist your child to develop a positive self-image, which enables effective learning, and to develop positive social attitudes. As a community-based kindergarten, we respect and celebrate diversity.

This is a part time, ongoing position working 4 hours per week on a Tuesday and Thursday 11.30am to 1.30pm.

About you

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.

You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.

You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.

You have a drive to grow and improve continually.

You value kindness and respect.

You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.

You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.

About the role

You'll create a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow.

You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.

You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.

You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
