We are seeking strategic and relational leaders who show exceptional knowledge and expertise in implementing research and evidence-based approaches. Suitable applicants will ideally display deep understanding of contemporary curriculum and pedagogical practices and will be able to build staff capacity across the breadth of the curriculum. Associate Principals would lead the development of high-quality, inclusive whole school programs delivered with consistency and low variance across classrooms. They will ideally use data to inform decision-making, support staff to plan and deliver effective instruction, and ensure all students are supported to achieve their potential. A key focus of the role is building staff capability through coaching, feedback and professional learning, with a clear commitment to improving student outcomes.
The desired applicants will ideally display the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning leadership team, contribute to a positive and professional school culture, and build strong relationships with staff, students and the community. They would bring clarity, organisation and purpose to their work, and be motivated by the opportunity to build systems, structures and practices that will set the school up for long-term success.
