Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will be available to work on Thursday and Friday and demonstrate:
- A genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in administration and office support.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in financial programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online applications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A warm, professional, and approachable manner.
- The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking responsibility for individual tasks.
- A qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- Current First Aid certification or a willingness to complete First Aid training.
