2026 Chemistry/Science & Music Teaching Positions
Ballarat Christian College is seeking teachers for the following ongoing positions, commencing Term 1 2026.
- Chemistry/Science (0.7 – 1.0 FTE negotiable)
- Music (0.7 FTE negotiable)
Applications are welcomed from appropriately qualified teachers who share the College’s core values as outlined in the College’s Statement of Faith (available on the College website) and who can demonstrate a passion for teaching in a Christian education setting.
In addition to teaching their subject areas, Ballarat Christian College teachers are expected to be able to fulfil homeroom and pastoral care roles in accordance with the College’s biblical stance, including teaching the College’s Christian Studies course, leading devotions, and prayer.
Graduate teachers who meet the above criteria are welcome to apply. The College will provide mentorship for graduate teachers working towards their full VIT registration.

- Covering letter
- Proof of VIT registration
- Certified copies of teaching qualification
- Pastoral reference
- Photo ID
