Passionate about inclusive education? We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Additional Needs Teacher to join our team in 2026. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Additional incentives up to $48,900.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across the school and will involve:
- NCCD documentation
- small group intervention
- supporting graduate teachers with students that have additional needs, in class - shoulder to shoulder
- coordinating Royal Far West and Telehealth sessions
- supporting families with assessments and accessing counselling
- liaising with the CEWF Education Officer: Diverse Learning Needs (who will provide you with support)

TEACHER INCENTIVES INCLUDE:
Total maximum package valued up to $48,900 (incentives will be prorated for shorter placements)
- Upfront payment - $20,000
- $5,000 upfront
- $15,000 distributed throughout the year
- Fully furnished teacher housing available
- Rental subsidy - Up to $15,600
- Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)
- Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year
- Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year
- Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate
