A national law firm based in Brisbane is seeking to rapidly expand their Wills & Estates division by recruit five specialist lawyers at various levels. The firm has been looking after Queenslanders and their families for over 50 years providing accessible financial and legal advice.

You will be responsible for providing professional and accessible services in the administration of deceased Estates, trusts, will making and provide financial management for those with impaired capacity for decision-making. Also conduct litigation or conveyancing matters, as directed, on behalf of key clients.

Ideally seeking candidates who have knowledge of the law generally, particularly the principles of as applied in Trust and Estate administration, Wills and Estate Planning and the practices and procedures of all Courts and tribunals
