Package: $50k - $55k + Super depending on person
We are searching for a Helpdesk Level 1 superstar to join this GIANT as a Service Desk Operator / IT Support.
This is a g reat career start role for a dedicated, career driven person that will see you working in a team environment and engaging customers over the phone and email, meeting their every needs and helping them overcome their technical challenges.
What you have up your sleeve so far:
- At least 12 months experience in IT Support
- Used to a busy contact centre environment
- Broad exposure to IT and genuine passion for it!
- Knowledge of Windows XP and 7
- Exchange, Active Director
- ITIL and Microsoft Certificates
So apart from your LOVE for I.T, computers software etc, you need the best verbal communications skills possible so you can be great on the phone. Ideally, you might have been supporting internal staff in a corporate environment. Combining this with a great attitude and you could be the person we're looking for!
** Must be available to work rotating Shifts: 5:30am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday
